Zero-shot
Asking a model to do a task with no examples (zero-shot) or with one (one-shot), instead of several (few-shot).
Try it now
Send it. Then delete the refund sentence and the examples from the system prompt, and send again. If a reply comes back cut off, raise max_tokens, the limit on reply length.
Learn it properly
Examples in prompts · Show the model what good looks like (few-shot prompting). About 25 minutes.
