MLP
Multi-layer perceptron: the basic neural network, with layers of neurons fully connected to the next layer.
A multi-layer perceptron chains layers together. "Perceptron" is an early name for an artificial neuron. The inputs go into a first layer. Its outputs become the inputs of the next layer, and so on. The last layer gives the answer.
